  • 24-hour Product Replacement and Travel Loaner Programs

    The t:slim Insulin Pump is covered by a 4-year warranty, which includes our 24-hour Product Replacement Program. If you will be traveling outside of the areas serviced by the 24-hour Product Replacement Program, Tandem also offers a Travel Loaner Program which allows you to borrow a backup t:slim Pump for the duration of your trip.
