Please follow the return instructions below and ship the previous Tandem Diabetes Care insulin pump back as soon as possible.
Complete Pre-Paid Shipping Label
We have provided a white pre-paid Canada Post shipping label for your convenience. Once you have ensured that your replacement pump is up and running, kindly complete the label by adding your name, mailing address, and postal code in the designated fields.
If you haven’t done so already, follow the instructions from the user guide to place your previous pump into Storage Mode. This will prevent the pump from beeping during shipment. If you are experiencing difficulties placing your previous pump in Storage Mode, let the battery drain completely.
Prepare for Shipment
You received your replacement pump in the same box that you will use to return your previous pump to Tandem Diabetes Care. Return your previous pump within 10 days to keep your account in good standing and avoid being charged for the full price of the replacement pump.
If needed, remove any extra packaging from around the box
Place the previous pump inside the box
Seal the box
Place the box inside the provided shipping box and seal it
Apply the white shipping label to the shipping box
Drop the package off at any Canada Post location
The replacement pump you received may have software features that were not included on your previous pump.
