The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor is factory-calibrated and does not require, or allow for, manual calibration. If you believe your sensor glucose readings are inaccurate or don’t align with how you feel, perform a blood glucose test to confirm the readings and treat based on that result. If the issue persists, consider replacing your FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor.
