- Your FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor and insulin pump are not within line-of-sight of each other. Ensure that your pump and sensor are on the same side of your body, without any obstruction (including any body parts), and that your pump screen is facing away from your body.
- A previous t:slim X2 insulin pump is still linked to your sensor. A single FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor cannot be connected to more than one medical device at the same time. To help resolve the issue, replace the sensor (you cannot join an existing sensor session) and start a new sensor session with your new t:slim X2 insulin pump.
