Control-IQ technology can automatically stop basal insulin delivery if sensor glucose is predicted to be low. Control-IQ technology will automatically resume basal insulin delivery when glucose levels are predicted (within the next 30 minutes) to be above 70 mg/dL.
If basal insulin delivery is stopped on your Tandem Diabetes Care insulin pump, you can still deliver an extended or standard bolus.
