Your t:slim X2 insulin pump ships with a screen protector. If your pump screen appears cracked, check the screen protector first to see if removing and replacing the protector will resolve the issue. If the glass under the screen protector appears visibly broken, do not remove the screen protector. Instead, call Customer Technical Support to report the issue and determine next steps.
Other Damage to Pump
If you drop your t:slim X2 insulin pump or it is struck against something hard, ensure it is still functioning properly:
- Check that the touchscreen is responsive and clear
- Check that the cartridge and infusion set are securely in place
- Inspect for leaks around the cartridge and infusion set tubing connector
- If you notice any cracks, chips, or other damage, immediately contact Customer Technical Support

Wear your pump in an area where it’s less likely to be bumped or crushed.
