Tandem Source Message: No Active Devices on Account

The Tandem Source platform displays any Tandem Diabetes Care insulin pump that is currently associated with your account (see example below). If there are no active insulin pumps associated with your account within the Tandem system, this message will appear on the My Pump screen.

Please contact Customer Technical Support if you are not currently in the process of receiving your first Tandem insulin pump and you believe you received this message in error.
