If you see this message on the Home screen of the Tandem Source platform, it indicates that you have no new tasks that require your attention.
If you received an email notifying you that a new software update is available, you can click My Pump in the menu on the left to check eligibility. If your Tandem Diabetes Care insulin pump is eligible for the update, a Software Update Available hyperlink will be displayed on the right side of your device card. If your pump is not eligible, "No Update Available" will be displayed in gray.
