How to Share Tandem Source Reports with Your HCP

  1. Visit source.tandemdiabetes.com and log in to your account
  2. Click on the Account Settings (blue circle) option in the top right corner
  3. Click Share Reports and then Add Clinic to search for the clinic
  4. Select the State and then search for the clinic by name or address
  5. Select the clinic and click Start Sharing
