To log in to the Tandem Source platform, follow these steps:
- Visit source.tandemdiabetes.com
- Enter your existing credentials and click Log In to access your account. If you are new to the Tandem Source platform, click Create Account and follow the on-screen prompts to create an account.
Note: If you had an account for the t:connect web application, you can use the same email address and password to log into Tandem Source. If you forgot the email or password for your account, follow the on‑screen prompts to retrieve your email or reset your password.
