Clear Browser Cache

Clearing your browser cache can help resolve loading issues and improve performance. Follow the steps below to clear your cache.

Chrome

  1. At the top right, click More (e.g., three vertical dots)
  2. Click Delete browsing data
  3. At the top, choose a time range. Select All time to delete everything.
  4. Check the boxes next to Cookies and Cached images
  5. Click Delete data

Safari

On Desktop Computer

  1. In the menu bar (top left of your screen), click Clear History
  2. Use the drop-down menu to select the timeframe
  3. Click Clear History again

On iOS Smartphone

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari
  3. Scroll down again and tap Clear History and Website Data
  4. Select timeframe and then tap Clear History to confirm
