Update Your Default Payment Method in Tandem Source

To ensure seamless and uninterrupted supply ordering, it's important to keep your default payment method up to date. You can view and update your payment method(s) anytime on the Tandem Source platform. Here’s how:

1. Enter your email address and password to log in to the platform
2. Click on the Account Settings (blue circle) option in the top right corner
3. Click Payment Methods
4. You can add a new payment method, remove a payment method, or make a specific card your default payment method

Note: You can also change your preferred payment method when a new order invoice is ready for review (select Other on the invoice to update). Additionally, you can designate the new card as your default payment method for future transactions.
