Once you have created an account through the Tandem Mobi mobile app and linked your Tandem Mobi insulin pump to the Tandem Source platform, your pump will automatically upload data wirelessly to the platform so you can work with your healthcare provider to spot trends and make adjustments.
The mobile app will securely upload your pump data whenever your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi or if you permit cellular data usage. To ensure uploads, it's important to keep the mobile app open on your smartphone.
