Disabling the Power Saving Mode on Your Smartphone

When the Power Saving Mode is on, your smartphone battery will last longer, but some features of the t:connect mobile app or Tandem Mobi mobile app may not work as expected.

We recommended that you do not use the Power Saving Mode on your smartphone while running your mobile app. If your smartphone prompts you to enable it when your battery is low, select No.

Turn Off Power Saving Mode

Please use the following steps to turn off the Power Saving Mode:

Apple

1. Tap Settings and then Battery
2. Tap the Low Power Mode toggle to the off position

Android

1. Tap Settings and then Battery and Device Care
2. Tap Battery
3. Tap Power Saving Mode
4. Make sure that all the toggles are off
