Using the Screen Zoom feature, which magnifies the screen on your smartphone, could make parts of the t:connect mobile app or Tandem Mobi mobile app unreadable and some of the features may not work as expected. We recommend that you do not use the Screen Zoom feature on your smartphone.
Turn Off Screen Zoom
Please use the following steps to turn off the Screen Zoom feature:
Apple
- Tap Settings and then Accessibility
- Tap Zoom
- Tap the Zoom toggle to the off position
Android
- Tap Settings and then Display
- Tap Screen Zoom
- Drag the Screen Zoom bar to the left to turn magnification off
