If you log into the t:connect mobile app and attempt to pair your t:slim X2 insulin pump, you may see this error if your pump is associated with a different email address than the one you used to sign in.
How to Troubleshoot
- Make sure that you log in using your existing account credentials
- If you are unsure of what email address your pump is associated with, you can click on the Forgot your email? option from the Account Login page
- If the issue persists, please upload your pump and link it to your account via the Tandem Source platform on your desktop computer. Once complete, try the pairing process again on your t:connect mobile app.
Note: If you experience any problems with the pairing process for the t:connect mobile app, please try repeating the process from the beginning, as that seems to resolve most issues.
