FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Sensor
The t:slim X2 pump (software version 7.8 or later) is compat-ible with the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor from Abbott.
Other Sensors
The t:slim X2 insulin pump is not compatible with FreeStyle Libre 2, FreeStyle Libre 3, or FreeStyle Libre 14 day sensors.
How do I know if my FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor is compatible?
Check all your sensor boxes. If the front side of the box has a orange triangle with the words “Works with Pumps” in the upper right corner, as per the image example shown, then the t:slim X2 insulin pump (versions 7.8 and later) is compatible with your FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor.
Is your sensor not compatible?
If your FreeStyle Libre sensor is not compatible with the t:slim X2 pump, please call Abbott Customer Care Team at (888) 963-8038.
How to Order Compatible Sensors
If your t:slim X2 insulin pump is currently in warranty and you want to use the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor, you must purchase the sensors through select Durable Medical Equipment (DME) distributors. Before reaching out, please ensure you have a prescription for the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor, as the pump is not compatible with all sensors.
