To keep your account in good standing, please follow these steps to prepare your previous pump for shipment back to Tandem Diabetes Care.
Prepare ShipmentAfter you set up your new replacement pump, it is important to link it to your existing account so that you can continue to review your pump data with your healthcare provider.
