We will extend offers in the spring for our summer program. Internship programs can range from three to 12-month work terms based on our hiring needs.
The typical recruiting cycle can last up to three months, so if you’re aiming for a summer internship, consider applying in late winter/early spring. This is typically when open positions are posted.

We try to match your experience and goals with the right team and the right projects. Assignments vary, but most often will include critical projects that require hands-on involvement. We expect our interns to perform with the same enthusiasm — and strive for the same level of excellence — as our employees.
Yes. We have many interns who return to Tandem in full-time roles as our internship program is intended to be a pipeline for talented candidates. Rehires vary from year to year and are based on the company’s hiring needs and the intern’s performance record.
First, we want team players and positive attitudes. Those are a must. Then, we’re also looking for candidates with good analytical, language, and communication skills.
We do not provide a relocation stipend or signing bonus for students. However, we treat each intern on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work with you and accommodate your needs.

Our internship programs are open to students only (recent graduates are encouraged to apply for full-time position). Graduate students may also apply.
