The t:slim, t:slim G4, and t:flex insulin pumps are no longer in production. Ordering of supplies, including cartridges, through Tandem Diabetes Care will no longer be available after July 1, 2023.
However, pump users may continue to access our extensive library of educational and self-help materials, including user guides and helpful videos, to help you get the most out of your insulin pump. For additional troubleshooting, pump users can request support through an online form and a Tandem Specialist will contact you within (or up to) 24 hours.

Older Tandem Diabetes Care insulin pumps, including the original t:slim, t:slim G4 and t:flex models, are not compatible with the t:connect mobile app. To access mobile app features, you can upgrade to a t:slim X2 insulin pump or the Tandem Mobi system.
