Since the t:connect mobile app is intended to be used as a secondary display, pairing is only permitted between one smartphone and one t:slim X2 insulin pump at the same time.
If you'd like to connect your insulin pump to a different compatible smartphone, you'll first need to unpair the devices. Once unpaired, you can then pair your pump with the new smartphone.
