Dexcom G7 Sensor Readings Not Showing on Replacement t:slim X2 Insulin Pump

It’s essential to disconnect your previous t:slim X2 insulin pump from your Dexcom G7 sensor before connecting the sensor to your new replacement pump. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Do not stop the sensor session on your previous pump
  2. Put your previous pump into Storage Mode
  3. Wait 15 minutes
  4. On the replacement pump, tap OPTIONS, My CGM, and then Start Sensor
  5. Enter the pairing code on the replacement pump
  6. It may take a few minutes for the replacement pump to join the existing sensor session and for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) values to populate on your t:slim X2 insulin pump

Options and Pairing Code Keypad Screens. Note: Not all screens are shown.

Note: Be sure to double check the settings on your replacement pump to ensure they are correct.
